POSITION DESCRIPTION

I organize work and coordinate current activities of the Social-Ecological Systems Analysis Lab; I try to support and motivate the Lab's employees in the scientific, teaching and organizational fields.

Conducting scientific research in the following areas: environmental justice, environmental valuation, spatial data analysis, perception of urban green areas. Teaching classes in the following subjects: 

- academic year 2023/2024: doctoral seminar; bachelor's seminar; "How much is a location worth? Methods of valuing location and environmental amenities by the real estate market" - facultative lecture. 

- academic year 2024/2025: doctoral seminar; master's seminar; bachelor's seminar; "How much is a location worth? Methods of valuing location and environmental amenities by the real estate market" - facultative exercises; "Prosperity of future cities" - facultative lecture; "Methods and tools for diagnosing revitalization problems and needs" - exercises.

BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

2023 - Habilitation in the discipline of economics and finance, University of Lodz, Faculty of Economics and Sociology. Title of the thesis: "Access to urban green areas and its monetary value in the light of the concept of environmental justice". 

2015 - Ph.D. in economics, University of Lodz, Faculty of Economics and Sociology. Title of the doctoral dissertation: "Spatial multilevel models in socio-economic analyses".
